Trust us, we’d loooove to quote you rates, but there’s not much point in doing so. The rates that are available depend on so many different factors with so many different lenders that it’s difficult to give real answers with any accuracy.
What we can tell you is that we will get you the best product available to suit your needs when the time comes. We’ll talk about what’s important to you and what you hope to accomplish now and in the future. Then we’ll work to put together a plan with you. There are plenty of sites out there that will promise rates or brokers that will try to give you a number in hopes of winning your business. There’s no shortage of places that will throw numbers out for you. It’s important to us that we never say something to a client that we can’t deliver on. We’d hate to give you a rate and then not be able to follow through because your application didn’t meet the criteria for the rate special. You’re important and you deserve to be treated better than that 💙
